The new version 4.231 of theasoft V4 is available for download.

Main features of the new version at a glance:

Module: thea.dispo, thea.orchester, thea.chor, thea.ballett, thea.statisterie

Reasons for presence/absence can be assigned to modules

For better clarity, reasons for presence and absence can now be assigned to modules such as thea.dispo, thea.orchester et cetera. Reasons for Presence and absence that are not used in the corresponding modules can thus be filtered and are no longer displayed in other modules.

Module: thea.perso

History of the roster release status

By clicking on the symbol to the right of the approval & release selection, a history of the release status of the roster is now displayed after a status change. If the DataService (WCF) is set up and a corresponding setting has been made in the release model, a PDF with the released duty roster can also be called up.

Alternating colours in the roster

In the roster view -> layout settings -> department settings, a colour can be set under "Alternating line colour" which - for better clarity - is placed alternately under every second line of the roster in the work plan and print output.

Module: thea.orchester-web

Orchestra musicians can enter their own absences

The user registered in the web module can there enter or request absences for himself. These absences are then displayed as “requested” in the orchestra duty roster. It is possible to control which reasons of absence can be requested via the web and which cannot.

Free designation of the reasons for absence

In order to meet General Data Protection Regulation requirements, the designation of the absences in the web module can be set individually. For example, an absence due to illness, parental leave, etc. can be displayed as "absence" in the orchestra plan of the web module.

Module: thea.travel

Apartment management / invoice items

When creating invoices from theasoft, it is now possible to assign each invoice item to its own cost unit.

Further information on the individual items can be found in the relevant help sections.
