Management software for the costume fund
The new module thea.fundus offers you a complete overview of the costume inventory currently in the fund, including all storage locations, as well as the costume parts currently used or rented out in productions. In addition, further functionalities are offered:
Free definition of costume data
The data recorded for each costume piece (such as color, condition, size, year of creation, etc.) can be freely defined and used as a filter criterion for queries. This means that inventory criteria can be adapted completely individually to your needs. Of course, photos can also be attached to each costume part.
Interaction with other theasoft products
Thea.fundus is integrated into the theasoft product range. For example, Costume parts can be assigned to the roles and contacts from thea.dispo. This means that each part is linked to one or more productions. Costume parts from specific costume designers, productions, actors, etc. can also be displayed.
Convenient issuing and lending system
In addition to internal issue management, thea.fundus also offers an external rental system including loan slip and invoice creation, in which rental costs, VAT, discounts and deposits can also be taken into account.
