The new version 4.152 of theasoft is available for download.

Module: thea.dispo
Contacts:
The display of contacts can now be fully personalized. Individual elements of the base and personnel data can be rearranged or hidden at will. Furthermore, the date of last modification (status line) and address communication entry is now also taken into account. Changes and direct contact is possible via the context menu.
Dispo (beta):
The dispo (beta) is developing in its capacity as successor of the known main schedule mask continuously. The interaction has been optimized, as cut & paste was implemented. The possibility to jump directly into the "cast per production" form has been added again. The transition between individual disposal layouts now works smoothly and the amount of information available was further increased.
It is, for example, now possible to display the general daily note directly as column. The performance counting can now also include variants and by selecting "create series of dates" on the context menu item you can now create a series based on the selected activity.
Theasoft recommends using the new Dispo (beta).
Additional features:
The start page received a new overview of absent people. The daily schedule can now have tabs. The plan generator has been extended, outdated absence plans can be imported and a number of new issue areas are implemented, such as the total number of absent days during absences (Outside the polling period).
Module: thea.perso
Roster:
There is a new function to assign activities to classes. The only requirement for this is that the payers were registered in the productions. To use it, the activity is simply dragged out of the Schedule to the layer which you want assign it to. Such assigned activity is represented in the roster by a blue corner on the relevant layer and a tooltip. These associated activities also have a new report "shift activities" in the menu item "Output, extended personnel reports".
Module: thea.order
The order module has been further optimized in its usability, it is now possible to set the status of multiple orders simultaneously. Also, a possibility has been created to control the export of orders by rules. The overview of orders on the start page can be customized.
Module: thea.library
Scores lending:
thea.library was extended by a new score lending system. Now it is possible to keep track of lent scores, to track their condition, provide attachments or to send these attachments directly by e-mail.
