Productions: The scenario has been expanded
The tables for files, scenes and role assignments (which were previously separate) have now been combined into one table.
This has improved clarity and user friendliness.
New additions include scene duration (also shown summarized in the same table) and position numbers for re-sorting.

Variants can now be limited in time and taken into account in the absence check.
A period of time can now be specified for how long a variant can be used. This means that variants that are no longer required can be removed from the filters and dropdown boxes.

There is also a new option for variants whereby the overlap check with absences is activated.

The performance statistics and activity overview in the productions now also offer variant filters.

Daily schedule: The rehearsal sections can now be planned in the application before being issued in Word.
A tabular view has been added to the daily schedule dialogue. Depending on the selected daily schedule, this shows performances and rehearsals for the selected day.
In just a few steps, the rehearsal casts can be divided into sections that, for example, have their own comments, or they can be cast scene by scene.

Cross-module

The settings for sending emails via SMTP have been revised. IMPORTANT: The previous settings have NOT been transferred.
For system functions (notifications during export, validation, etc.) there is now only one central SMTP setting.
For application functions with user interaction (appointment letters, bulk emails, etc.) the logged in user now uses profiles that can be managed centrally via the user settings.

Further information on the individual items can be found in the relevant help sections.
