The new version 4.196 of theasoft V4 is available for download.
IMPORTANT: Breaking changes compared to 4.195 and earlier
Schedule exports: the providers Flexexport and BSO have been removed.
If you are using them, you should postpone the update and migrate the export to the provider CSV or XML.
The database schema has changed.
The tables and columns have new names. If you make direct access to the database or use your own views, you should postpone the update and adjust your queries and views first.

Main features of the new version at a glance:
New functions in absence planning.
Right-clicking on the name of the person opens a context menu, where you can open the contact and the contract.
The “Instruction for scheduling” from the contract is now also displayed behind the person’s name.
Productions: For web publishing, there are now separate settings for performer and executive team.
Payment orders: Create monthly statements via “Payment orders”.
Until now, the monthly statement could only be created in the context of the month-end closing. If people were missing, the month had to be opened and closed again.
The “Payment Orders” view now also allows you to create settlements for thea.perso departments. Optionally also for people who do not have a settlement yet.
Under “New” you will find the “Create payment orders” entry.
The "Service extrapolation by weeks” schedule report can be issued with Excel formulas.
The advantage of this is that you can change the services in the Excel document and the sums are updated accordingly.
Schedules: The service average can be calculated for sick people.
Contacts: Authorizations for other groups have been extended.
In addition to the contact details, all other extended contact information, including detail data, bank details and qualifications, can now be shared with other groups for reading and writing.
My Reminders now updated automatically The My Reminders list can now be updated automatically. You can pause updates or specify the interval by going to the settings under Extras.
