The new version 4.212 of theasoft V4 is available for download.

Main features of the new version at a glance:

thea.dispo

Productions: Partners can be provided for co-productions.
The data can be entered on the “Miscellaneous” tab.

Productions: Production fields can now also be displayed on the "Basic data" page.
To do this, select “’Page 1’ page” on the “Display on page” entry.

Productions: Attachments now have an owner and an authorisation system.
Authorisation management takes place in the “Production attachments” user rights area.

Calculation of working times from casts: When assigning activity types to task areas, preparation/follow-up times can now be specified.
Similar to mask times, these times are taken into account when calculating working hours and when checking for overlaps, and can be overwritten by deviating cast times.

Roster: Authorisation is now required to manually edit the regular working time.
The “Determine regular hours” check mark can only be changed if you have the permission “Can deactivate regular working time calculation” in the “Department” user rights area.
This is activated by default for writing rights.

Web calendar: You can now specify a format with placeholders for the subject and description.
Fields for activities can be specified as placeholders.
Alternatively, you can still use a cast list for the description. Since this variant is much slower, we recommend switching to the format with placeholders, if possible.

Cross-module

User-defined fields: A new type of user-defined field has been added for links. For example, on the view “Employees/Contacts” the link can then be edited via a button and is displayed as clickable underlined text. Functions typical for links are carried out automatically, e.g. send email, open page in browser or open folder in explorer.

The casting rules for assigning activity types to task areas can now be set in all artistic modules.
