The new version 4.206 of theasoft V4 is available for download.

Main features of the new version at a glance:

thea.dispo

Productions: Programmes and multi-part events are now integrated into the process.
Thanks to this integration, you can now view current productions and partial productions.
For the content of an activity, you can now select the production or partial production in addition to the act or scene.
This mean that you can, for example in the case of rehearsals, specify which productions will be rehearsed.

Schedule: A new column is now available with the content of the activity (work, production, act, scene).
In the list view, for example, you can now search within the column for a specific work title to find all rehearsals for this work.

Daily schedule preview: Soloist rehearsals can now be created.

Production plans: You can now filter columns by the production stage.
For “One line per day” schedules that are set as the production schedule, you can now activate the “Production schedule: Production stage only” option on the Filter tab. This means that you will only receive activities for the production stage. Therefore, you no longer need to create a plan for each stage.

You can now set the “Time accounts evaluation” report to output sums by department.

Roster: The “Distribute planned working time over days of the week” mode has been improved.
For example, individual holiday days are given weekend values if the person has days off during the week.

thea.travel

Apartment management: You can now create lists of arrivals and departures.
For example, you can now create arrival/departure lists by using “Apartment management” templates.
