Productions: You can now select a standard cast per season according to the owner group.
Due to this adaptation, you can now apply different rules to e.g. the main schedule, the choir and the orchestra.

As of Version 4.203.x, the standard cast is saved to an exact date range, i.e. it has a start date and an end date. The start date and end date are automatically entered by the programme according to the “Standard cast per season” setting.

We only recommend activating the “Standard cast per season” setting if you really work “per season”.

The difference is particularly evident when adding seasons, as if the “Standard casts per season” setting is activated, all standard casts are copied and the start and end dates are set to match the season start and end dates. Changes to the standard cast are then only applied to corresponding season.

Alternatively, if the “Standard cast per season” setting is not activated, nothing will be copied. The standard casts are then open-ended, i.e. they apply until there is a change in the cast or an end date is set manually.

Absence planning: In the case of days off, you can now specify the week to which they apply.
This allows you to remove the warnings for the weeks in which days off were given in another week (replacement).

Roster: You can now adjust the view settings via a user-friendly dialogue box.
In the duty roster, you can now specify the department settings and user settings directly via the settings dialogue box (click on the cog symbol to open). The user settings have also been expanded. Each user can now specify the settings for the totals columns or enter the time via time selection.
